Hot water in shower never got hot , when ordering a drink or food you couldn’t charge to your room .

The staff were very supportive and helpful — they truly tried their best to make our stay comfortable and offered quick solutions when issues came up.

The overall cleanliness wasn’t great, the room was very humid and felt like moldy and sticky, and the pool needed better maintenance. Breakfast was below expectations with limited options. Electricity went off several times, and we weren’t informed before booking that there’s no room service.

The location

The management of the place was rude, sometime it was clean and sometime not. I felt they just after our money and don't care about our comfort of the staying.Not recommanded!!!

Location is 10/10 and is located just 50 meters away from the main busy street so everything is within walkable distance and beach a few meters away. However, the beach is not very swimmable and has several sea urchins and cucumbers and rocks so make sure to wear sea shoes while walking around, so you need to walk 100 meters away to a cleaner sandy beach.The free message service and the fire shows at the beach front were amazing and we loved it. The breakfast is spectacular.

The rooms were very basic. There was no table where I can set up my laptop, this is probably the first hotel to lack this basic amenity. The shower and toilet were too close together. The safe model used within the rooms is quite outdated.

The property and room was clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptionally attentive. The manager was always on hand and visible to guests. The food was great and good value.

I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like it however the room we had the shower was very close to the toilet and there was no shower tray which meant that the floor around the toilet would be wet. It was okay for us as we only stayed tonight, but could become annoying if staying for longer. We did book the most basic room. Also, the tide is quite far out for most of the day but you can walk a few hundred yards of the beach where it is nicer during the day.

Everything was great

Beach was not clean and was not in condition that you could swim. If you wanted to swim, you had to walk about 100 yards to get to most clean area.

Fabulous beach stay. Rooms are on the small side but that said it has all you need to be comfortable during your stay. Hotel is right on the beach, with plenty of sunbeds both by the pool and by the sea (and in the sea - excellent touch ?)The staff were absolutely fantastic - always there to help and assist with any requests. Special thanks to Ava and Fiw - made my stay unforgettable - thank you ladies!

After 7 visits to various Thailand places , we found the best location and hotel. Top class. Great staff, food, facilities and location.

Would recommended this place stay was faultless. Amazing breaky, best views lovely chill music. Bar staff great. Fire shows anazing! (Just beware of the fuel in your eyes stay back!) Great little touches in rooms which made the stay comfortable. Staff were great so accommodating and kind! Very good AC system, big smart tv. All amenities provided. Only downside was hardly any wardrobe clothes space, we manged but mostly used the sofa which just looked messy. Bed was comfy softer than most in Thailand.We stayed in a premium room and it was so spacious bright and comfy, no noise . Only noise is aeroplane all around this area so just be aware and delivey guys bit noisy in the AM. They kindly provide Earplugs and you get used to it plus planes stop at sleeping times.Cons, guests should be advised if you taking the pool out of action on fridays for your large events on Saturday, cocktails could be much better for the price you pay..and you can't take beach towels out of the resort. Should have a card system so you can atleast go to the beach! At the beach resort.

Room is on the small side, especially the bathroom with the shower practically on top of the toilet bowl.

Beautiful beach club with a perfect location in Chaweng. Everything is walking distance and taxis arrive to the hotel promptly when ordered on the Grab app. The rooms were spotless and noise wasn’t a problem at all (despite being in a lively area). The fire show was entertaining and staff did everything they could to help.

A nice little hotel right in the heart of the very popular and lively Chaweng area. The rooms are decent but I would advise to take the delax rooms as they are much better than the standard ones. The hotel is oriented for the youngsters and couples so it holds parties and loud music which was great for us but keep in mind if you're travelling with kids.

I didn't have hot water and they tried to fix it but were unsuccesful so they moved me to another room. The room is pretty basic but nicely decorated so don't expect anything fancy. The pool was not inviting (didn't look clean enough). The breakfast is on the low side as well (but the coffee was great).

It was so so …average …get what you pay for …I think I probably blame myself for making the mistake to be honest …coming from a previous hotel had unrealistic expectations if I’m honest …18-25 it’s probably perfect but I’d stay clear otherwise …my partners 30 and she didn’t enjoy it.

Lovely spacious room and nicely decorated. Very good air conditioning and very friendly staff. Staff around the pool work very hard and are very considerate and helpful. Excellent quality food available and a super breakfast. Cloise to the bustle of Chaweng main street but a quiet enclave by the beach.

The setting and the staff worked tirelessly to keep it looking and feeling amazing Nothing was too much trouble The food was amazing As was the music

Ploy, Ava, Sunisa and few.. what can I say we had the best time staying with you.. you are all incredible and lovely and I really want to say thank you. Me and husband had the best time ever and we can't wait to see you again.. do not hesitate to book this gorgeous place with gorgeous people. Excessive Furniture constantly being moved due to time of day, weather, tides, large bookings, changing functions of restaurant / bar / club & being also constantly being asked to move because of that. Made me feel like I was always ‘in the way’

Nice and clean, very close to night life.

Located right next to the airport so planes fly directly over your head.
